APPOINTMENT POLICIES
I greatly value my business and strive to provide the best services possible. To maintain the high standards of my establishment and ensure fairness to all of our clients, we have implemented the following no-show policy. This policy applies to all clients who book appointments at our barbershop.
No-Show Fee:
a. In the event of a no-show, clients will be charged a no-show fee. The amount of this fee will be equivalent to the cost of the missed service(s).
Grace Period:
I understand that emergencies can occur. If you arrive late for your appointment without providing advance notice, we will make every effort to accommodate your service within the remaining time, but we cannot guarantee the full service.
TIP: If possible it is always best to wash your hair and or have no product in your hair prior to your appointment for a better overall look!!!
